Marketplace Watchdogs
We’re assembling a crack team to monitor online marketplaces for unsafe products. We're starting with water beads, a dangerous children’s toy that CR has worked to get taken down from online marketplaces.
You'll be joining other Community Reporters in spending 20 minutes or so a week conducting searches of various online marketplaces.
Why be a Watchdog?
Here's why you should get involved:
- You’ll help get dangerous postings removed, making these marketplaces safer for everyone.
- If listing are not removed, you'll raise the word by posting in the reviews section of the site.
- Together we will better understand how marketplaces are monitoring what they post and we'll hold companies to their commitments.
